Shipping & Returns
At Thinc Eco, everything down to the packaging is re-usable or compostable. We are very proud to be using compostable mailers from our friends at Better Packaging.
Shipping
Free standard delivery for orders over $50
$10 shipping fee for anything under $50
Delivery time is based on where you are located within Australia, however will be no longer than 5 business days.
Returns
If you have received an incorrect or faulty product please contact us at thinceco@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue
At Thinc Eco we offer a no questions asked return if requested within 7 days of purchasing the products. Products MUST be unused and returned in original packaging and as you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
Once your return is received and inspected by us, we will then notify you that we have received it and we will also notify you if your return is approved or rejected for a refund. If approved, your refund will be processed by us and a credit will be applied to your form of payment.
Return postage is a buyer's expense.
Wholesaling
If you have a store and would like to stock our products, please contact us directly at thinceco@gmail.com and we will get back to you with next steps.
Something is wrong with my product/order
If you receive your product and something is wrong with it please contact us immediately via email or on our facebook page. We will then help you make it right. Please be sure to let us know what the issue is, include a photo or video (if possible) and we will get back to you ASAP with a solution.
Where are your products made?
Our products are designed in Australia and carefully made for us in Asia. When Thinc Eco was born we did an extensive amount of research on manufactures in Australia at an affordable price point for our customers and found it was nearly impossible. We are still researching and will continue to do so until we find the perfect place that will meet both our and our customers needs.
All our products are ethically made from a carefully sourced manufacture in China, who we have a great relationship with. We also made it our mission to ensure we are sent all our products with no plastic, meaning most our products arrive in recycled paper, cardboard or newspaper, rather than individually wrapped products.
Are your products durable?
We are extremely proud to say that all of our products are durable and are specifically made to last you a long time. The soul purpose of buying reusable items from Thinc Eco are to last you so you don't need to constantly buy new so we can reduce our environmental footprint. All our products have been designed using the best material for that particular product, for example our bamboo fibre lunch box is made from 100% bamboo fibre, to keep your lunch on-the-go, fresh and safe from any chemicals a lot of plastic carry.

Do you ship plastic free?

Are your products made ethically?
Yes, we work with a manufacturers who regard to fair labour, health, safety and working hours. We have a great relationship with our manufactures who have made our Thinc Eco dream come true.

Lets say goodbye to plastic, for good! Silicone is far more environmentally friendly than plastic. Plastic is not as long lasting as silicone and silicone is more inert than plastic, meaning it holds no toxins or chemicals so storing food in silicone is much better for you. At Thinc Eco, we use BPA-Free Food Grade Silicone made from silica (sand).
Why bamboo?
Bamboo is a very sustainable material to use. It grows at rapid speed (growing up to 98 inches in just 24 hours), requires no fertiliser and self-regenerates from its own roots, so it doesn't need to be replanted. Not only is it an eco-friendly and biodegradable - but it bamboo consumes high quantities of nitrogen and this can help reduce water pollution.
Why cotton?
Organic cotton is grown in a very sustainable way, meaning there is less impact on our environment. Organic cotton is also grown organically in subtropical countries such as India, Turkey, China, and parts of the USA from non-genetically modified plants, and without the use of any chemicals such as fertilisers or pesticides.
Why Straw?
Wheat straw is the stalk left over after wheat grains are harvested. Traditionally, it has been treated as a waste. These stalks still have value, and can be used to make products we use everyday. Wheat is a plant, meaning it is sustainable as it comes straight from the earth, straw is also biodegradable and causes less harm to the environment.
